George Bellew, an American millionaire is in London, where he is jilted by his ladylove. He sets off to travel on an aimless adventure through the countryside. By chance, he meets a small boy who is named Georgy Porgy and who is off to seek his fortune so he can help his Auntie Anthea with whom he lives on her farm. She is plagued by money troubles. Bellew decides to help, first by taking Porgy home and then by telling Porgy a tale of a prince slaying dragons for the fair princess and a legend of the Money Moon. On the night of the Money Moon the moon will be the colour of a gold sovereign they will then go out and find a fortune.
